Trouble logging in a new writer

    I’m honestly not sure this is even the right place to ask, but we have added two new writers to our site and both of them are having lots of trouble accessing their accounts and getting into the WordPress main menu of the site.

    I have personally created both of their accounts, and I gave them both all of the information they needed. However, when they try to log in and do the security measures, it just takes them to our website with the message, ‘This page doesn’t exist’.

    I am so confused, because I have added numerous writers before with no problems whatsoever. However, the last two have been incredibly problematic, and I don’t understand why.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
