Trouble logging into a second work-related account

I have this account, knowing that someday I’ll likely design my own website. I also have a user account for the website of the organization for which I do volunteer work. I did not set up the account, but have signed in several times successfully and updated our website. Recently, having forgotten the password I used, I looked back to the last password I created. It did not work. I asked the guy who created the account for help, and what he told me to do still did not work. I can’t ask for help from WordPress, as I have not created a site with this account. What do I do?

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
