Trouble logging into account

I have started our website but have to finish. I am having difficulty getting back into my account. I am going through the bluehost portal. I keep getting a message that safari can’t log into my account.

The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.
