Trouble Publishing Blog

I have attempted for the last week to publish my first blog. The site has been created, but it will not publish. I have attempted to have the confirmation email re-sent countless times, but i have not received any new confirmation emails since the original. I had confirmed through the original email and everything seemed fine until it came to publishing. I’m still getting the notification to confirm my email before publishing, but it is not allowing me to do so. Please contact me back, this is my second email in the last week and I would really appreciate a response. Thank you!
