Trouble renewing private registration upgrade

  I received an email from you that my blog’s upgrade is about to expire on 1/22. The upgrade is for Private Registration. However when I click on the link to renew, a red bar appears at the top that says, “Sorry, that product is no longer available” What’s up? I don’t want to loose my URL (www.everydaydomesticarts.com). How do I complete the renewal? Please help.

  It looks like there was a problem in the email.

  You’ll actually need to renew the whole domain, not just the private registration.

  You can do that from Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
