Trouble Requesting Refund After Auto-Renewal – Cannot See Active Products

Hi,
Today I received an email informing me that my WordPress subscription, including domain services, has been renewed for another year. I actually planned to cancel everything today, but unfortunately I didn’t manage to do it in time.I contacted support and was told I could still request a refund, but the instructions I received are not working for me. In the “Purchases” section, I don’t see any products listed — only “Active Upgrades,” “Billing History,” and “Payment Methods.”
The new payment doesn’t appear yet in my billing history, and no money has been withdrawn from my bank account so far. This might be because the card saved in my account expired a few months ago.
I no longer want to use WordPress services or the domain, and I understand the payment may still need to go through. However, I would like to request a refund under the 14-day refund policy as I don’t intend to use the services.
Can someone help me solve this issue or guide me on how to properly request the refund if the current instructions are not working?

Additionally, domain name registrations and renewals can also be refunded if canceled within 96 hours (4 days) of registration or renewal.
