trouble uploading media files

  Hi,
  I am unable to upload media files. The following message appears: failed to upload due to an error with Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

  Any tips, things I am missing?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
