Trouble viewing popular tags in the reader ??

  Hi,

  I’m new to wordpress and am trying to view the section of my ‘Reader’ page where I can browse popular tags as shown here https://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/ , but on my screen when I click the Reader tab the only options I have are to either ‘Enter a new list’ or ‘Follow a tag.’ What am I missing ??
