Trouble with Account Access

    Good Morning, this Premium account was purchase by someone at my organization in March 2019. Separate access must have been created for someone else to maintain the actual website. Currently we are unable to determine the account that purchased the website and we do not have full ability to update the site either. The domain appears to expire in March 2022 and we’d like to ensure that our company can keep it and refresh the existing website which is now out of date.

    As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account owning that site by using the transaction id at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Good morning, thanks for your response, perhaps I did not relay clearly. We have a receipt from 2019 with a receipt number and transaction ID, both of which are deemed unusable by the automated system behind this form, so I am unable to submit this form under the paid plan option.
