Trouble with Custom Field Logos

    Hi, I’m new to a company and the person who previously managed the wordpress for them built a custom logo carousel on their home page. The issue now is that the logo carousel itself has disappeared. The title is still showing, but the logos aren’t. However, when I “visit site” from wordpress, the logos show up. And I’ve cleared cache and cookies about 50 times from all platforms.

    Synopsis of problem: logos that I once saw are now not showing up on the company website, even though when I preview or visit site from WP they are there.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
