Trouble with featured image

  The featured image on my “reviews” page isn’t showing up.

  Hi there!

  Your page titled BINGE IT! REVIEWS is set as the “Posts page” within Customizer → Homepage Settings.

  When you set a page as the Posts page, it will display the latest blog posts on that page, other things from that page (like the Featured Image) will not work. This is expected.

  You can set a Header Image from My Site → Appearance → Customize → Header Image and that will show up on the Posts page header. Learn more about using a Header Image here: https://wordpress.com/support/custom-header-image/
