trouble with service

    first, I had previously created a login after purchasing and setting up a host, but your login portal was saying that my email address was not in the system. Second, I was under the impression that there was a free version of wordpress. Is this not the case anymore? Third, is it possible to have a wordpress site without having ‘.wordpress’ after my original domain name? Thanks for your help

    when you purchase hosting at another provider, this is in no way connected with wordpress.com. So it’s logical wordpress.com doesn’t recognize your email address.
    A free wordpress.com site still excists.
    A free wordpress.com website has a domain name.wordpress.com. If you want to have a domain without wordpress in it, you need to upgrade to at least the Personal Plan.
    But as you already have hosting with another provider, normally you already bought a domain with your hosting.
