Trouble with site building

Good Day,
I love the features that WordPress provides but I’m going to be honest, I have no idea how to work the technical side of the site nor do I know how to troubleshoot my problems. I’ve looked in the forums and looked at other websites on how to fix my problems but I just can’t get my head around it and it’s been really frustrating since I use blogging as an outlet for things I’ve been going through in my life.
I apologize if I’m over-reacting but that’s just passionate I feel about blogging.
So I’m having two main issues:(1) I added pages to my blog but when I visit my site and try to access the pages, I get a message saying that nothing was found.
(2) I can’t upload any pictures.I’m just really frustrated at my inability to fix these problems so could I please trouble the WordPress staff with just accessing my cPanel and whatnot and just fix the issues I’ve mentioned above?
