Trouble with supported plugins (wpDataTables)

    I am working with a company that has its hosting provided by GoDaddy. I was asked to build a WordPress site for them that needs to implement the plugin, wpDataTables.

    I have spoken with GoDaddy and they said that they’re unable to host a site that uses that plugin. Can you provide me with hosting options that do support the wpDataTables plugin? I’ll relay the information to my employer and go from there, thanks!

    *I checked the pre-answered section about 3rd party plugins first, but couldn’t find my answer there.

    Hi there,

    We are not familiar with the compatibility of that plugin with other hosting providers (you may need to check with them individually) but I can confirm that we are not able to support wpDataTables on WordPress.com.

    I think in this case you would be best served by contacting wpDataTables directly, and asking them if they have any specific server recommendations for their tool, since it seems to be resource intensive and not a plugin that can work with just any host.
