Trouble with two-step authentication

    I am having difficulties signing into one of my wordpress accounts- after submitting the password I am told to enter the verification code sent to my mobile number, but no code has been sent by wordpress, and repeated attempts to resend the code aare also unsuccessful.

    If possible, provide me with an email from wordpress customer support so I can send the relevant information, or explain to me how this matter can be resolved, since I am afraid I might be permanently locked out of said account.
