Trouble with uploading video

  Hi –
  I am having trouble with uploading an mp4 video file from my computer. It is about 600MB. It takes over an hour – if it works, mostly it gives up – and then when I have got it to complete, when I view it is has errors (either doesn’t view or shows about 4 secs and halts. I have tried all the various methods of uploading. Do you have any suggestions? Do I need to save the video in a different file format?

  There shouldn’t be any issue, but if the connection is being dropped sometimes, it may also be interrupted during the times it works, creating a bad file.

  Do you have trouble uploading large files elsewhere? Also, would you mind trying an upload from another location, like home, work, a friend’s house, etc?
