trouble with woo commerce and WordPress connection

    I have been working with woocommerce to get this issue resolved and its an issue with the website and WordPress not connecting. I have laughed my book and have had a number of failed sales due to this one issue that I seem to not be able to get help with.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Many thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like http://kierablelearning.com/ is hosted with Wix, which is a different system to WordPress.

    Are you looking to connect the domain to WordPress.com, or other WordPress hosting?

    Hello again,

    At least the name servers are pointing to Wix.. but a WordPress site loads when visiting that URL.

    To check, have you purchased hosting with another provider?
