Hey there, that site isn’t hosted with us, so we most likely can’t help much. But your host can. Here are a few ideas:
– You should have an email. If you don’t, ask your host to see if the email is stuck on their server
– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):
