Troubleshooting message, no access to website

    Hi there, I have no access to editing my website, it keeps showing me “troubleshooting message”, what should I do?

    Hi @aglayapianolessons, could you send a link to the web page you’re having trouble with? I don’t see any sites associated with this account.

    Just to clarify too, if you’re managing your own copy of WordPress with a different host, you’ll want to use the correct forums:

    You would need to fix the current error first, though. Typically if you have an error, you’ll have an email with more instructions and links on how to find help, so I’d recommend watching for that, or you can contact your host for help restoring a working backup.
