Try our new editor too late!

    Every time I make a new posting, I get a message that I should try your new editor — AFTER I HAVE FINISHED POSTING IT. I am never solicited to try your new editor BEFORE I post something, I can’t find any way to select your new editor before I post something, and I can’t find any way to make a permanent setting such that I get the new editor from now on. What’s the secret handshake needed to get this to work right?

    Hi there,

    The new editor is the default. If you click on the New Post button in the admin bar at the top of the screen, or if you go to WordPress.com ->My sites ->Blog Posts, you’ll get the new editor.

    But it sounds like you’re navigating directly to the WP-Admin interface instead. If you use a bookmark to go directly to WP-Admin and start a post from Posts ->Add New instead of via the My Sites menu, you’ll get the WP-Admin editor.
