Trying to access an old site

    I am trying to access an old site in order to update or remove an old resume on that site. When I ask for a new user name using an old email, WordPress sends me login credentials for another site of mine, not the one I am trying to access. When I try to access the site I am looking to revise, WordPress tells me I can’t because I am logged into the second site.

    Try logging into the first site (the one you’re looking to revise) in a different browser. Or log out of the second site, clear the browser cache, and log into the first.

    When I ask for a new user name using an old email, WordPress sends me login credentials for another site of mine, not the one I am trying to access.

    Do you have more than one site in the account? The “login credentials” for any site in an account will be the same. If aren’t recieving the correct credentials (e.g. Username, Password) in an email message from WordPress.com, then you haven’t got the correct email address for the account you are attempting to access.
