Trying to add a new admin

    I haven’t been able to add a new admin. It asks for the passwords to match in both fields but there is only one password field on the form.

    Correct account: Unknown

    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @hlouiseramsay WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – willywallacechieftaintour.wordpress.com

    However, we have a custom process on WordPress.com for inviting contributors that is different than you describe.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
