From Appearance -> Widgets in your blog’s Dashboard, just click and drag the desired widgets to the desired widget area.
However, keep in mind that your chosen theme does not have sidebar on the front page. The sidebar only appears on single posts and pages, like http://soulspartan.com/2012/12/19/deliberate-days-between-the-fall-and-spring/
