Trying to build a Theme page for my Vets Website.

  I am trying to build a site for my Vietnam buddies to visit and see their photo’s from their time in Vietnam and to see other photo’s of past reunions. This is a personnel site and I would like to add a Blog to it. I already have the photo page’s done and will need to tie them to a theme page. right now I am trying to make the THEME PAGE!! I’m not real savvy on this subject. This is a NON PROFIT website dedicated to members of the 701st Maintenance Battalion from (1964-1970) Vietnam.
