Trying to buy a .com

  Hi, I’m trying to purchase a .com site. I have everything entered in properly, but it keeps directing me back to the same form, and it will not let me purchase the anything. I hit the back button while I was trying to make my purchase because it was charging me $12 for site mapping wh/ i do not need, and it hasn’t worked right sense. Please help. Very frustrated :
