  I would like to buy a hosting plan, my domain is already registered with Godaddy. This page https://wordpress.com/start/business/domains/mapping comes again and again.

  Of what site are you speaking?

  http://www.kuaripass.info/ is not a WordPress.com site, but using the open source WordPress software that is hosted with another provider. You cannot buy a WordPress.com plan for that site, as we are not the host of that site. Based on what you said above you’re already paying GoDaddy for hosting, meaning you don’t need to buy anything from us as well.
