  Hi, I get as far as the payment page and get an error saying “your contact information is not valid”.

  I can’t find any way around this and there’s no way to contact you to discuss. I’ve never found it so hard to buy something before…

  Hi there,

  I see you have the Business plan in your shopping cart. Since you do not have a domain we don’t ask for your full contact info but we do need to know the postal code for your billing address (for our anti-fraud check) are you missing that step?

  Or is it the case that you are adding a postal code and it is not accepted? If so can you share what the postal code is that you are using so we can take a closer look at what the issue might be?
