Trying to cancel a domain name

    I have a few different WordPress domain names. I would like to cancel one coming up for renewal, but when I click on the email link I get taken to another of my domains. Please advise how I can access ALL of my WordPress accounts and cancel the one I do not want to renew, as I do not see a way to do it.

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the upgrade.
