trying to cancel and get refund

Today I signed up for the ‘Business’ plan at 299.00 a year. When I signed up I thought I was signing up for one month. I can’t navigate the interface on this site and I have asked for a refund through paypal since I can’t find any way to apply for the refund on wordpress. Paypal recommends I receive the refund FIRST before I cancel the dispute issue. I can see why. If I cancel the dispute I can not go back to paypal and redo. I just want that credited to my Paypal account
