Trying to change contact information for admin account

  I am trying to change the contact information for my admin account, specifically the email address on file. I entered the new email address, but it says ‘there is a pending change of your email’. However, I have not received an email at the new email address to confirm the change. Please help!

  Hi there,

  I don’t see a pending email change on the account you’re currently logged in (@blankcrayon). Are you trying to change the email address on this WordPress.com account or some other site/account?

  It’s on my WordPress site through Bluehost. I was able to do a workaround by creating a second administrator account with the correct email.
