  Hi there,

  You are unable to close your account due to the three premium themes still attached. I can remove the themes for you, but you own them indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the themes again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
