Trying to connect my Anchor account to a new WordPress.com site

  I’m trying to setup the new Anchor integration with WordPress but it’s not working. When I click to ‘connect with WordPress’ in my Anchor dashboard I get an error that says something went wrong and try again. I’ve tried 5 times now and same issue. Anyone have any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  To clarify, is your account with Anchor a new one or an older (existing) account you already have?

  The reason I ask is because our integration is at this time limited to new Anchor accounts only, so it is not possible to connect an existing account. It is an option that may be include at a later date, but at this time we cannot manually connect an existing acocunt.

  If your Anchor account is a new one, please let us know so we can take a closer look.
