Trying to create a new blog says it already exists how do i delete the old one!

It says that the blog address has been deleted but in my admin panel dose not show the dashboard could you please help!

If the blog address has been deleted then the address can not be reused to create another blog. See the Recycling Blog Addresses (URLs) support page.
