trying to create free wordpress

  It keeps asking me to pay for domain I just want the free account why doesn’t it let me create the site???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  If you select a custom domain during the site creation process, it will force you to add a plan, as a paid plan is required to add a domain to a WordPress.com site.

  If you’d prefer only a free site, don’t search for a full domain on the domains step, but just add a key word. Our system will then suggest an available free *.wordpress.com or .blog address that you can register without buying a plan.
