  Hi there,

  Are you trying to create a site via https://wordpress.com/start/site/?

  Please try clearing your browser cache, make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser, and try disabling any ad-blocker or anti-tracking plugins you might have installed in your browser – those plugins often work by just blocking all JavaScript on a page, which will prevent most of the WordPress.com interface from working.

  Also check whether using a different browser makes any difference.
