Trying to Delete Account

  I am trying to delete my WordPress account, but every time I try to do so a message pops up that says, ‘You have active premium upgrades on your site. Please cancel your upgrades prior to deleting your site.’

  I bought a one-time purchase premium theme in March 2015. The theme template never expires and thus there is no option to ‘cancel’ it. It is the only purchase under my ‘Manage Purchases’ page. Please help. I’ve been trying to delete this account for months.

  Hi @carosant, I can remove that for you. Please confirm you understand:

  – If I remove this theme upgrade, you will not be able to buy it back again

  – If you delete the site, the address will be permanently deactivated, and you will not be able to use it again. If that’s fine, let us know and we’ll remove that theme for you so you can continue.
