  Hello I tried to delete my account by clicking “close account” but after I typed in my domain it wouldn’t let me and said I should contact support. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  This is because you still had active upgrades on your account, but I see you’ve since cancelled those, so you should now be able to close your account.
