Trying to delete my site

  When I try to delete my site it says that I must first cancel my upgrades. However, when I go to ‘Manage Purchases’ there’s no upgrades to cancel.
  So, what do I do?

  Hi there,

  I did not see any upgrades under your account, but if you are referring to the upgrades associated with jugoaalborg.com, it appears to be under a different account. You’ll need to log into that account to remove those upgrades.
