Trying to delete my site/account permanently

    I want to delete my site permanently, however due to the fact that I have previously purchased a Theme which never expires it won’t allow me to delete it.

    Can anyone shed any light to how I do this please? I have followed the steps suggested, but it keeps coming back to tell me I have a theme still on my site. I can’t see any options to delete this theme either. Surely someone at WordPress can help me?

    Hi there,

    No problem, I’ve removed the Rosalie theme from susanjanebradfield.wordpress.com and you should now be able to delete the site:

    Delete a Website

    The process cannot be reversed and it won’t be possible to reuse usanjanebradfield.wordpress.com in the future. Marking the site as private may be good alternative if there is a chance you may want to use that address again.
