  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,

I have the following domain which was attached to an old URL, i let it expire but seems to be live on an old blog address. I have no way of retrieving it and trying to find a way to get it shut down. I want to get rid of this as its complicating when people look for my portfolio online

I have no transaction ID and don’t remember the email I registered it on

    Please can someone help

    Regards

  • Hi there,

    What is the domain?

Only the verified owner of a site can delete it, so if you’re not able to provide any of the verification info we require, we won’t be able to help you.

    Hi Kokkieh,

This is the domain, I can give you details regarding the domain and even photo ID, this is all my work from university and belongs so me but cannot login nor can recall the email registered to it. The domain was previously registered to rob-parker.com, since I let that lapse, it is being stored on the original domain I setup. Do you work for WordPress? I cannot find any way to get in contact with any kind of tech support team, you assistance in this would be appreciated

  • We did not ask for your photo ID when you created your account. We didn’t even ask for your real name. So we cannot use that info to verify your ownership.

We only asked for an email address when you signed up, which is why that, along with unique info we issue to you like transaction IDs, are the ONLY information we can accept to give you access to the account. We do not make any exceptions to this.

As you had upgrades on that site you should be able to retrieve the transaction IDs for a past payment directly from PayPal, who was used to process the payment.

If you’re unable to do that and don’t have any of the other verification info, there is nothing else we can do.
