Trying to delete the edificacionesdys.com website

    I am trying to delete the edificacionesdys.com website as I no longer need it. However, when I try to delete it it says that there is an upgrade (I believe a WordPress subscription) that I need to address before I can delete the website. When I try to address the upgrade the only option is to add a subscription to my shopping cart.

    All I am wanting to do is delete the website and any WordPress subscription associated with the edificacionesdys.com website.

    It looks like this site has the domain: edificacionesdys.com attached to it as edificacionesdys.com redirects to edificacionesdys.wordpress.com.

    This means, whilst this domain is still active, the site can’t be deleted.

    It’s possible to move the domain away to another registrar and these steps would need to be followed: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

    The domain owner would need to make these steps.
