Trying to gain access to my website after purchasing a business

  Hi everybody, I’m hoping someone can help me please. Long story short, my Ex business partner has the log in details for my company WordPress site and will not had over to me (even though legal it’s now mine as iv paid him for it) Is there a way I can gain access? Thanks for any advice
