Trying to get access to a blog that i started under a different user name

    I dont know how to add a blog that I already have with a different username. I would like for it to be under my current username. When I try to sign in as my other username that was started in February, it says that the site was suspended. However I can still find the blog by typing in the URL.

    What does this mean site suspended? how do I change that?

    I think that the issue is that the previous email was from an email that has since be deleted. It was a work email for a place in which I no longer work. Does anyone know what I can do?
