My wordpress isnt loading up the concierge schedule and the phone number just directs me back here. I need help but unable to get it.

I do see that you have thespicetouch.com mapped to your site, but it’s never been registered with us and now it appears to be an available domain (it likely expired at the domain registrar you had it with).
I have removed the domain mapping and cleared your paid plan’s domain credit, so you can now register it as a new domain via https://wordpress.com/domains/add/thespicetouchcom.wordpress.com

Thank you for responding. I need help closing the website. As you noticed, it is no longer in use and didn’t realize that this was cancelled. I swore I closed it too, but got charged in May. The live help isn’t working for me and I need some help.

The charge was made since auto-renew was enabled on the plan, but I have now disabled it so it will not renew again.
If you would like to delete the site, you can by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
