Trying to get my site back after canceling: can’t get payment to stick…. I would prefer to get my previous site back if that is possible, otherwise I need help to get the Personal Site … I got to payments but rejects my Business Credit Card. Thank you.

  Trying to get my site back after canceling (regret!) can’t get payment to stick…. I would prefer to get my previous site back if that is possible,(adriennesthreads.com) otherwise I need help to get the Personal Site … I got as far as to payments but rejects my Business Credit Card. Thank you.

  Thank you, macmanx, but it still rejects my credit card. It’s a business account and I checked and my money is there. The card is good thru 3/21. I appreciate your help, even so.

  Hi there,

  Previously the issue was that our system had blocked your account from making purchases. That block has since been removed, so there’s nothing on our end preventing you from buying an upgrade.

  The most recent payment attempts on your account were not blocked by us, but declined by your credit card company when we tried to charge your card. Please contact them directly to find out why they’re not allowing these charges to go through.
