Trying to import from tumblr

    Set up tumblr import, but it kept circling and reloading the webpage for hours, with no progress or pages imported. When I cleared the account information and tried to restart up the import, a message popped up saying I could only do one import at a time. According to the page, no import is running, and nothing has been imported. I disconnected from tumblr, then reconnected and tried again. Same message. How long does it take before I can get the import process going again?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
