  Please could someone help me figure out how to install the ‘oceanwp’ theme?

  To install it at https://jadetrue11.wordpress.com/ would require an upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan.
  If you’re trying to install it on a site hosted elsewhere using the WordPress.org software then I’m sure that theme will have its own support.
