Trying to "Like" another wordpress site

When I “Like” another wordpress site, the dialog/login box appears then vanishes before I can enter data (Win10) . Even when logged in to my own account, I cannot “Like” another site – I get the same brief appearance and disappearance of the dialog box.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can like posts and pages on other WordPress.COM hosted sites that have the featured enabled.
What is the URL of a post or page on another wordpress.COM site that your experience this on please?
Which browser and version of it are you using?

Since it’s working on Edge, it appears to be related to your Chrome configuration. I suggest you try to check if that’s being caused for some add-on, plugin or pop up blocker.
