  Correct account: Yes

  Instead your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news though is that your host will be able to help you with connecting your domain to your site: https://www.bluehost.com/contact

  When trying to install all plug ins for my website, I keep getting “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

  As I clarified previously, Bluhost uses the open source variant of the WordPress software. That functions differently than the custom variant we offer on WordPress.com so we’re unable to help with your site.
