Trying to locate a duplicate site.

I have a WooCommerce account set up on https://knipestore.com site. We hav couple clients that are receiving subscription charges even though the subscriptions have been cancelled. After working with WooCommerce, it seems that there is a duplicate of our site that is still doing the subscription orders. Looking through our payment system (Stripe) it seems that the charges are coming from a http://knipestore.com. My question is, do we have a duplicate site and how do I close it to stop these charges from continuing?

Here is a message from WooCommerce support:
If we take a look at that order on your live site we can see that the customer and order details are completely different.

This almost certainly points to a duplicate copy of your live site somewhere that’s generating and charging renewal orders. This would explain why subscriptions that have been canceled are being charged again (Assuming the duplicate site is using data from before when the subscriptions were canceled).

  • Hi there,

We can’t help directly because we don’t host knipestore.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.

Instead your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news is that GoDaddy support should be able to help you clarify if you somehow have a duplicate site or not, as this would likely be housed under your account on their end and not something we would be able to see through our WordPress.com support tools.

Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
